Classes We Offer in Small and Private sessions
 Our Little Dragons class is a fun and exciting introduction to the world of martial arts. Our goal is to provide children with a head start in developing the listening skills, concentration, sportsmanship, and positive mental attitude necessary for martial arts training.
 Children will find this class to be both exciting and challenging. Our goal is to teach our students the mental and physical benefits of Martial Arts through the setting and achievement of goals. This class introduces the basics of practical self-defense through the development of common sense and conflict avoidance.
 Adult students of all abilities and backgrounds will benefit from instruction in martial arts. These classes offer a blend of ancient traditions and techniques, with practical and realistic self-defense skills for today's world.
 From the Olympics to you. This program is designed to take you into the unique world of sport Judo. Throws, sweeps, takedowns and submissions all taught safely and fun. Judo is unique because you can practice it full power and full contact while maintaining a safe environment.
 Submission Grappling has become a favorite of "no-holds-bar" competition fans. We started the first BJJ class in central Illinois 1994 and have built on it each year. No rules and no stopping describe this fundamental ground fighting class. If you have training in marital arts before this is like nothing else.

 Jeet Kune Do's fighting system was the first "FREE-FORM" martial art to ever be brought to martial arts. JKD is the martial art created by Bruce Lee. It is a simplistic systm that allow the fighter to to be creative in his own expressiont of JKD.
 Kali empty hand and weapons. The Inosanto-LaCoste system, emphasizing the limb counter-attacks and it's follow-ups with percussion, joint locks and take-downs. This material blends beautifully with jeet kune do, but can be learned as a separate area.
