This class will teach you "real" boxing skills and give you an incredible muscular and cardiovascular workout. The class begins with an hour intense conditioning circuit that is a mixture of aerobic, anaerobic, ply metric and static exercises designed specifically to turn your body into a fighting machine. We call this circuit the "wheel of pain", and you can only experience it in a Boxing.

The class constantly changes to arm you with new skills, and to adapt to the level of students in the particular class. This class will get you tight and taut muscles you can use, and if you continue to come back, in a very short time you will develop an extraordinary fighting ability.

Twin City Boxing is a venue for fitness training. Individuals or groups can train with a championship staff to meet their fitness goals. The boxer's workout is said to be the most demanding workout of them all! Professional boxing training is thought to be for boxing professionals . . . but not any more! When properly trained and supervised, boxing can be an extremely beneficial experience. It can be used as a vehicle to instruct in sportsmanship, values of conditioning, positive release of frustrations and energies, in addition to building self-confidence and character. In this new age of fitness we are all looking for new things to excite us about working out.

A boxing workout is the perfect combination of cardiovascular and muscle training. You will burn more calories, build more stamina, develop and tone more muscle in a boxing workout than you will with any other training method.

Our private fully equipped facility includes a full-size boxing ring, full length heavy bags, uppercut, double end, and speed bags. Also, a complete line of Plyometric Strength Training Equipment. Our workout features cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, self-defense as well as self-discipline.

This workout is achieved through a variety of drills that involve offense, defense and partner drills. You will burn more calories, build more stamina, develop and tone more muscle in a boxing workout than you will with any other training method. We are committed to provide first class instruction and conditioning. No matter what your fitness goals, be prepared for an Absolute rewarding experience.
